This is our first time staying here and we love this place! Everyone is so nice and friendly from the front desk to housekeeping, you can tell that they work well together buy the way they talk to each other and the results are plain to see. This place in ran the right way supper clean, well maintained, unbeatable location with great rates. Ther is one more thing that was the crown Jewel for me it was the way that a front desk worker talked so highly of the owners and how well they treat the workers and how this is a family owned business, so I know who will be getting my business in the future.

Nice motel in a great location. We had an updated room on the first floor. Room was very clean, beds were firm but comfortable, room had plenty of space and had an extra sink outside of the bathroom which was nice to have. We were able to walk to all the attractions and didn't have to hassle with traffic or parking. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Gatlinburg in the future.

First time staying there last week on a girl's trip and plan on staying again. Excellent location, updated rooms, comfy beds, nice staff. The only thing I did not like was the no smoking on property at all, not even in parking lot. Must walk to the sidewalks to smoke, which is just a few steps away so I would suggest asking for a bottom floor room if you happen to be a smoker.

We stayed here the week of Christmas. The hotel is in a very convenient place, the room was good & clean. Ms. Scottie ( I believe was her name) & the other lady working nights were super nice! We couldn’t have been happier.

Loved this little hotel in Gatlinburg. Will definitely stay there again the next time. It is literally blocks away from downtown Gatlinburg and walking distance from it all including Ripley’s Aquarium. Rooms were cozy. Pool was great. Hot tub area was great. And vending machines were stocked well. No microwave in the room, but had some near the vending area. Great for warmer weather maybe not so much when it snows. But all in all worth it and will be back.

Had a good view from our room. It is a non smoking motel. But wasn't far to get off property and have a smoke. Pool was well taken care of, and they also have a hot tub. Rooms were cleaned daily, loved this place. Will be booking again.

Got this place last minute for two nights over New Years weekend. Excellent location, value, rooms, and service. We will look to stay here first next time we come back to gatlinburg.

Family friendly- 10/10 (family of 6 can stay in a room together here 🙌❤️) & the pool & hot tubs are great & price is affordable for a room; Location- 11/10- Absolutely the best location for downtown Gatlinburg entertainment and activities. Park by the room & walk wherever you want to go 👍👍Love it!; Cleanliness- 10/10- it really is a nice place. Carpet, beds, bathroom... absolutely no complaints. THANK YOU! We'll be back 👍
